How returns work
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, contact us through Etsy within the return window shown on your order. We’ll guide you through Etsy’s return process.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, message us on Etsy with a photo. Eligible orders are covered by Etsy Purchase Protection.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through Etsy to your original payment method.
